Here's my "Bella + Edward" update! I just finished reading "New Moon" and it was fantastic. As I anticipated, their love/relationship is going through what many of us goes through. Without the death defying stunts and vampires. LOL. IF YOU HAVEN'T READ ANY OF THESE AND INTEND ON READING IT, DON'T READ WHAT I HAVE TO WRITE BELOW!
In the beginning I was EXCITED to see how their love progresses in the last year of Bella's high school. I was floored when Edward made the decision to leave her at Forks. LEAVE HER. After all the things he promised and told her. HE LEFT. His character is definitely too good to be true. But if I was Bella, I'd understand why she acted the way she did for months. Dead. Like she might as well have been a flippin' "bloodsucker". The author perfectly executed her emotions by putting the black pages with the months that flew by. It hurt me when she started hanging out with Jacob Black and when the feelings started to develop. I wanted to believe so bad that her inner voices of Edward was really him and that he's been watching her this whole time. I wanted there to be hope for him, I'm not a fan of Jacob Black. Who I predicted was going to turn into a werewolf. I was already feeling Bella's unfortunate luck. She had to have feelings for enemies. "New Moon" showed a prime example of what and how love should be like. Sacrifices, doing what's best for one another, honesty, and integrity. The best romance novels ever.
I <3 Edward. I'm afraid to turn the pages in "Eclipse" because I'm scared for him. Bella is beginning to miss her "best friend" Jacob Black and doing things like writing notes and telling him that she misses him. It shouldn't be a question. She has lost Edward before, she might lose him again.
I love happy endings :*( Please let it be a happy ending for Bella & Edward. I'm not a crier but this book takes the best out of me!!
